Painting from Within with Forrest Elliott

INTUITIVE PAINTING WORKSHOP

Sunday, August 24th • 10 AM - 4 PM

Join artist Forrest Elliott for a soulful, one-day immersive painting experience centered on intuition, personal expression,
and creative flow. Painting from Within invites you to quiet the inner critic and access your innate artistic voice through a series of guided prompts, color exploration, and intuitive mark-making.

This workshop is designed for all levels and emphasizes process over perfection. You'll learn to build a composition organically —starting with feeling rather than form — while playing with color, shape, and design in a relaxed and inspiring environment.

Each session is gently supported by Reiki energy, creating a calm, heart-centered space for deeper connection to self and creative expression. Whether you’re new to painting or looking to reawaken your practice, this class is an opportunity to explore, reflect, and create from within.

All materials are provided. Just bring your curiosity and an open heart.

Let’s laugh, paint, and have fun together!

WHAT’S INCLUDED

All painting materials are included with your tuition, but you’re welcome to bring any favorite brushes, acrylic paints, or personal inspiration—such as poems, photos, magazine clippings, or sketches—to help guide your creative journey.

Each participant will receive a small set of acrylic paints and brushes to take home, encouraging continued exploration beyond the workshop.

Light bites will be thoughtfully prepared by Galley Provisions of York, Maine, with a selection of non-alcoholic beverages available throughout the day to keep you nourished and refreshed
