Painting from Within™: A Two-Day Immersive Workshop with Forrest Elliott

Join artist Forrest Elliott for a two-day, energy-infused immersive workshop designed to help you reconnect with your creative voice and unlock your inner artist. Through guided prompts, intuitive painting exercises, and energy alignment, you’ll explore color theory, manifestation, and intention setting as powerful tools for creative expression.
Together, we’ll honor the wisdom and playfulness of the inner child — that curious part of us that creates freely and without judgment. Working from imagery, inspiration, or memory, you’ll learn how to translate an initial concept into a “finished” painting — one that you’ll take home with you to display or continue to evolve in your own creative space. Over the course of the two-day workshop, Forrest will also share practical insights on setting up your creative practice for success — from sourcing materials and cultivating an inspiring studio environment to developing rituals that support consistency and creative flow.
Each session is gently supported by Reiki energy, creating a calm, heart-centered space for deeper connection to self and creative expression. Whether you’re new to painting or looking to reawaken your practice, this workshop is an opportunity to explore, reflect, and create from within.
Basic course materials are included with your registration. Additional materials will be available for purchase. All levels are welcome.
What’s Included
All essential painting materials are provided, though you’re welcome to bring any favorite brushes, acrylic or oil paints, or personal inspiration — such as poems, photos, magazine clippings, or sketches — to help guide your creative journey.
Light bites to start our day will be thoughtfully prepared by Galley Provisions of York, Maine, one of our exclusive partners, with a selection of teas from NAAM Artisans available throughout the day to keep you nourished and refreshed.

Cancellation Policy
Workshops are non-refundable, but you may transfer your registration to someone else up to 72 hours before the event. In the case of acts of God, war, disaster, or unforeseen circumstances, Forrest Elliott Studios™ & Elliott Creative Group LLC reserves the right to reschedule any workshops. If a resurgence of the pandemic requires cancellation, all monies paid to date will be refunded, minus a $150 administrative fee.
